What is Business Contract Hire (BCH)?

Business Contract Hire (BCH) offers businesses an efficient way to lease vehicles for their operations. Unlike personal leasing, this agreement is specifically designed for businesses, providing flexibility and financial management tailored to your business needs.

Key Features:

Available on new vehicles only.
Fixed monthly rentals + VAT.
Choose a flexible term ranging from 24 to 48 months.
Set your annual mileage upfront.
Make an initial rental payment between 1 to 9 months of rental + VAT.
No large final payment at the end of the agreement.
Return the vehicle at the end of the agreement with no residual value to worry about.
Optional fixed maintenance costs for added convenience.
Your business can reclaim 50% VAT on car rentals and 100% VAT on Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) rentals.

Key Considerations:

At the end of the contract, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was initially leased, subject to fair wear and tear and the agreed mileage. Our team will assess the vehicle based on the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Guide. Any damage or excess wear beyond this standard will incur additional charges.
If the agreed mileage is exceeded, an excess mileage charge will apply.
If payments are not met, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. However, failure to pay may result in vehicle repossession, legal action, and negative impacts on your credit rating.
The agreement is designed to run its full term. Early termination will require payment of any outstanding rental charges.
