Job Advert: Part-Time Service Advisor – Leominster Motors

Location: Leominster Motors
Hours: 2 days per week (8:15 AM – 5:30 PM) – one must be a Tuesday
Weekend Work: 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Rate: £11,500 per annum + Bonus

Leominster Motors is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Part-Time Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Liaising between customers and the workshop team
Providing updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
Processing invoices and handling payments
Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
